I believe that everyone can benefit from having support in their life. Certain experiences in life require the need of more support than others such as having a child, coping with a life-changing medical diagnosis, entering adulthood, a breakup or divorce, a loss of a loved one, exploring new passions or finding your purpose in life, and so on and so forth. Life will always have its ups and downs but overtime when you stop and reflect how much you have experienced, and you feel that talking to someone would be helpful in your healing journey, I will be there to listen, support, encourage, and promote your ability to learn new coping skills to help overcome the challenges you have faced in your life. Someone once told me that healing takes time and asking for help is a courageous step. The choice that you are making to heal and process events that have impacted your life in a negative or positive way is a decision that I am eager to help explore with you. I will involve mindfulness techniques in each session to promote self-awareness, reduce stress, and relaxation at the beginning and end of each session. My therapeutic approach involves compassionately holding space for true healing that will guide you to live your most authentic life, relationally, individually, and professionally.
