The ability to reflect and be comfortable in sharing the most intimate details about your life is not an easy task. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to share their stories and work on how to manage them moving forward by using a conversational partnership. What if you were given the opportunity to make positive changes in your life or relationship before it became a crisis? I believe that having tools to draw upon during challenging times can make a difference in how we navigate the stress in our lives. I love working with clients who wish to develop self-awareness and confidence that can lead to a stronger identity.
The therapeutic alliance built with clients is a powerful tool that leads to discovery and a new sense of self. I’m passionate about working with clients to create the story of their life and how they got to where they are now. From there we can define how the present and future will best serve their story moving forward.
I’m looking to partner with clients on building themselves up from within and finding ways in which they can affect positive and healthy change in their lives. I also find tremendous value in working with clients on thought partnering. There is a value at looking at several ways to frame and think about the different choices and outcomes.
