People like Brené Brown resonate with me so much because guilt, shame, blame and humiliation often play into our lives more than we realize, shaping the way we view ourselves and our worlds. We all have our own unique stories, including our strengths and challenges. In my work with you, we will use evidence-based techniques to draw out your story, helping you to use your strengths to ensure that the story you tell yourself is one that moves beyond guilt, shame, blame, and humiliation.
Working with me will be sitting in a safe space where you can be truly honest with yourself. I will listen to you, meeting you where you are and gently challenging you in naming where you want to be. As Brené Brown said: “We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.”
About Me:
I love to learn, which is often accomplished by having a book in one hand, a cup of coffee in the other, and a dog on my lap. I love to travel and have recently rekindled my love for learning new languages.
