Tierra Ruffin, CTS Intern

Have you ever felt it was easier to forgive others rather than yourself? Feeling stuck but having no guidance or safe space to share?  Have you held onto guilt and shame, allowing it to cloud your life?  How many of us hold shame due to a past romantic relationship, shame because you made a decision that altered the plans you had for your life and have anxiety or depression due to such experiences and projecting these experiences in your current relationships.  Have you paused and asked yourself, “Who am I?” Outside of the roles you have daily. If you have experienced any of these feelings, I would be happy to Journey with you!

I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate what we call, “Life,” understanding that it is not perfection but progression. Extending grace in every form and applying this concept and what it looks like for you.  I use a Psychodynamic approach, Bowen Family Therapy, and incorporate inter-generational patterns. Additionally, Mindfulness and Self-Awareness interventions which helps us Journey toward identifying or re-identifying the best version of yourself.
